Turning the Corner

WHEN ministry is at a turning point

Has growth stalled, or is a transition coming?

  • Attendance and giving have leveled off or slipped

  • Guests visit, but few young families stay

  • A leadership change is ahead, or just happened, with no clear plan for what's next

HOW WE HELP

  • Reviewing worship, from parking lot to benediction

  • Leading a stewardship review: fund, cut, or pause

  • Creating a path from first visit to serving

  • Assessing what to start, stop, and strengthen

  • Setting 12-month priorities and seeing them through

  • Guiding transitions before, during, an after

Only 17 percent

of practicing Christians who went through a senior pastor transition say it was planned.

ADVISORY HOUR

Need an Hour, Not an Engagement?

Bring one question, decision, or draft. We will work through it with you in one focused session.

One hour. One focus. Confidential.

Denominations, Conventions, Fellowships, and Networks

We shape our work around how your churches are organized and the authority already in place, whether they are connected through an association, state convention, jurisdiction, episcopal district, annual conference, district council, district, region, diocese, presbytery, or synod. Every partnership begins with a Discovery Call.

HOW IT WORKS

Three Simple Steps

1. Discovery Call

30 minutes. Complimentary. Confidential.

2. A Clear Read

What needs attention first, in writing.

3. Work Your Team Can Use

We shape the engagement to your season and budget, and every recommendation is built for your team to put into practice.

Your pastor and board keep every decision.

Not Sure Which One Fits?

COMMON QUESTIONS

Before You Reach Out

What does it cost?

Fees are set by scope, not by the hour, and agreed in writing before any work begins.

What does working with you involve?

It begins with a 30-minute Discovery Call. From there, we shape the work to your season. You choose how involved we are, and your leaders keep every decision.

Will this replace our own decisions or authority?

No. We advise; your pastor, board, and congregation decide. Our work serves your existing leadership and your tradition's polity.

How long does this take?

It depends on the scope. We agree on a timeline before work begins.

What happens to our information?

Everything you share is confidential. We use it only to serve your church and do not share it without your permission. The findings and documents we produce belong to your church.

How do we know how much help we need?

You do not need to know yet. On the Discovery Call, we will recommend a level based on your team's capacity and what the work requires, and you can adjust it as the engagement unfolds.

What if it is not working partway through?

Tell us. We review progress with your leaders at set points. If the work is not serving your church, we will adjust the scope, the approach, or the level of involvement, or agree together to bring it to a close.

Will this feel corporate?

No. Churches are not businesses. We work in the language your leaders use, within the ministry responsibilities and stewardship realities your church already carries.

Do you work with every tradition, and remotely?

Yes. We learn your polity and honor your tradition's distinctives rather than imposing one model. Most work can be done remotely, with in-person time when it serves the engagement.
